Decision Making in Schools

That article aims to explain and lead and arguement about the subject of "Decision Making in Schools".

While making an organizational decision in schools, decision – makers use five basic ways to make a decision. One of them is group unanimity. According to group unanimity, the administrator includes the participants in the decision making process. All group members have equal rights in the process of making and evaluating the decision, but unanimity is required for the decision to be made. Group majority means the manager to include the participants in the decision making process. Then, the group makes a decision according to the majority rule. In the consultation with Group, the administrator takes into account the ideas of the whole group, creates a discussion environment for the submissions and then makes a decision. Individual consultation means the administrator to consult the staff with the expertise individually. Then, he makes a decision. On the one – sided decision method, the administrator makes a decision on his own without consulting the other staff or including them in the decision – making process.
